Dickson brand solution dyed acrylic fabric has inherent properties that resist fading, even after long, extreme exposure to the sun’s harsh rays. The acrylic fibre
is saturated with colour while in liquid form during the fibre production process, which is not the case for other fabrics whose yarns are dip-dyed. Some types of
fabric such as polyester or polypropylene can deteriorate rapidly when exposed to UV light and consequently are subject to fading.
